Raw Pancakes and Day 2 and 3
Day 2 was rough. All i wanted was some food. A hamburger, fries, mayo, anything. I juiced all day, than had an adzuki bean burger and salad for dinner. Today, i woke up feeling better than ever, energized and happy. I made Mung Bean pasta with Dairy free/Gluten free Alfredo sauce with sliced tomatoes on it. YUM!
Also i made raw pancakes on Monday. SO YUMMY! Here is the recipe:
1 Cup ground Flax seeds
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon water
1 banana
Mix it and form patties eat it like that or stick in the dehydrator to warm them!
