Day 1 : Weight Loss Challenge
Today is May 1st, which means day 1 of my weight loss challenge. Today i worked out for 1 hour. I ate a sweet potato for lunch , and plan to have a delicious salad for dinner. For my snack, my green drink (powder mixed into water). So far feeling great! I don’t have a scale though to track my weight. I guess i’ll know when i fit into some of my old jeans!
