Adrenal Health Tea
For those who suffer with Adrenal Fatigue, energy and stamina is not something you have. I have been suffering for awhile now with Adrenal Fatigue, and one day I was so tired (literally) of barely getting by that I decided to experiment with some herbs and make a tea. What I found was a tea that was refreshing, and gave me energy! So I will share my secret tea with you, and hopefully you will feel the difference like I did!
In 1 Quart Jar add warm/hot water
1 TBS Ashwagandha Root
1TBS Oatstraw
1TBS Stinging Nettles
A few leaves of Lemon Balm.
Let it steep overnight on the counter until room temperature. Can be stored in fridge for 24 Hours.
Why Ashwagandha? Ashwagandha helps boost the immune system, and helps with relaxation. It helps relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia. This gives your adrenals a break.
Stinging Nettles helps with adrenal health, kidney health, and well overall health. It also helps with inflammation.
Oatstraw helps with energy, and the nervous system. This little but powerful ingredients is key to the tea.
Lemon Balm, originally added for taste, helps with anxiety. This is really important in the tea! You want to help relieve stress as much as possible when dealing with adrenal fatigue. All these ingredients work together to help strengthen the adrenals and help your body handle everyday stress, while giving you a boost in energy too.
