A Mosaic Of Wings: Book Review

A Mosaic Of Wings written by Kimberly Duffy will have you captivated at the first page. First of all, let’s talk about this beautiful cover. I know they say don’t judge a book by its cover but this cover, the beautiful colors and the little butterflies, draw the reader at first glance. And then when you open it up and start reading, the real fun begins. Just like the cover, this story is beautiful. I’m not going to tell you what this book is about because I suggest you read the back cover. And I don’t want to give away any spoilers.
One of my favorite parts of this book was the way the characters developed. Kimberly Duffy did a fantastic job creating characters that seemed real, with flaws and everything. Flaws that help shape this story into something beautiful.
Another thing I enjoyed about this book was the location. The way the author described the sights, smells, and environment of India, made me feel as if I were there myself, smelling the strong spices in the air, feeling the moisture of the air on my skin, seeing the thick jungles with my very own eyes.
I hope you are just as captivated with this book as I was. Kimberly Duffy’s debut novel is a wonderful book filled with faith, adventure, and butterflies. I look forward to reading more books by this author!
