Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe - Pure Traditions

Pumpkin spice latte. The delicious Autumn drink that will have you cuddled up in a blanket reading a book while you sip this delicious drink. I could go on and on about pumpkin spiced everything, but I know why you are really here. You want the recipe! (Like seriously, who reads all those long blog posts before a recipe anyway?)

Pumpkin Spice Syrup

1/2 Cup Almond Milk (I use Vanilla)

1/2 Cup Sugar (I use organic sugar, or you can use honey)

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree 

In a saucepan heat milk and sugar medium-high heat. Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved. Turn burner on low and add spices and pumpkin for 5 minutes. Let cool and store in fridge or use immediately.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups almond milk (I use vanilla)
  • 1 Shot espresso (or a few ounces of strong coffee)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • Whipped cream or cinnamon if desired.

Instructions

  1. Warm almond milk with pumpkin spice syrup. Add warmed milk to mug. Add coffee on top. Top with whipped cream or cinnamon. Enjoy!!
