Day 3

  Today is day 3 of my challenge. I woke up sore, and did not want to work out, but I made myself, and now I’m glad I did. I am really starting to crave my salads now. If you are trying to lose weight, make sure you drink LOTS of water. Especially if you are working out, or have an active job. It is very important to drink lots of water to flush out the toxins, waste, and hydrate your body. Saturday (tomorrow) is the farmers market! If there is a farmers market near you, go visit it! You may find great produce that is local, and possibly organic. I try to do as much organic as i can, because i know that they don’t have all the chemicals. May you all have a splendid weekend!
